    This research is conducted to explain the effect of IDA and IBRD loans on HDI given political risk and bank lending factors. In order to reach his objective, the researcher analyzed data for 22 developing countries that is available on Euromoney 94 and World bank 93 annual report. The developing countries are divided into four categories as follows: The Latin American countries category is composed of Bolivia Honduras, Paraguay, El Selvador, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Ecuador.     This project presents the study of environmental and economic benefits of recycling dead lead-acid batteries. Its first objective is to examine the impacts of recycling on resource recovery, physical environment and health. The second objective is to examine the impacts of recycling on employment, foreign exchange earnings or savings, price of lead, and profit.

    This research project deals with foreign direct investment (FDI) trying to identify its antecedents and its consequences. The project starts by a historical review and an examination of past studies to situate the study better. A rather new statistical technique (Recursive System) was used to try and find the statistically significant variables affecting FDI. The researcher reached interesting results in his study by finding that political stability and government incentives together affect positively FDI and both of them affect economic performance independently and via FDI.
