    This research studies the effect of job enrichment as an intrinsic motivational factor on the job satisfaction of Lebanese commercial bank employees in Muhafazat North Lebanon. This research shows whether or not intrinsic motivation such as job enrichment can be differentiated from extrinsic motivation in affecting performance of the employee. Since job satisfaction plays a significant role in affecting employee performance, the importance of job enrichment as a leading factor to job satisfaction is tested empirically.

    This research assesses the economic justification for establishing additional commercial bank branches in the Caza of Aley. The study is limited to the top-ten rating commercial banks in the country, which are determined according to specific criteria.     This study reviews the extent of the fame of the cedars of Lebanon. The cedars are revealed as a natural wealth, their present state and number is brought into view, their bibical fame is exhibited, and their worldwide fame is investigated.     The study of the relationship between population growth and human development in Lebanon for the period between 1990 and 1997, is divided into two major parts. First, I studied the relationship between population growth and each of the four components of HDI; education, health, revenue, and freedom.
