    This article deals with the disabilities-employment nexus. Based on an empirical survey of employability of women with disabilities in the Italian province of South Tyrol in 1993, it provides both significant scientific results on the topic, as well as dealing with the theoretical weaknesses and gaps in social science research at the time in Central Europe.     The banking sector in Lebanon has survived bravely despite the fact that it has been seriously and unexpectedly shaken several times in the past few years. This study identifies and clusters 53 out of 72 Lebanese Commercial Banks into groups containing similar and homogeneous characteristics, and measures the direct and indirect effects of capital and assets/equity ratios on profit for 100 Arab banks.     This research project deals with foreign direct investment (FDI) trying to identify its antecedents and its consequences. The project starts by a historical review and an examination of past studies to situate the study better. A rather new statistical technique (Recursive System) was used to try and find the statistically significant variables affecting FDI. The researcher reached interesting results in his study by finding that political stability and government incentives together affect positively FDI and both of them affect economic performance independently and via FDI.

    This research studies the effect of job enrichment as an intrinsic motivational factor on the job satisfaction of Lebanese commercial bank employees in Muhafazat North Lebanon. This research shows whether or not intrinsic motivation such as job enrichment can be differentiated from extrinsic motivation in affecting performance of the employee. Since job satisfaction plays a significant role in affecting employee performance, the importance of job enrichment as a leading factor to job satisfaction is tested empirically.
