Purpose -- This research attempts to study the effects of adopting job rotation on nurses at three main hospitals located at North Lebanon since those members are frequently subject to job rotation. Design/methodology/approach – A positivist epistemology and a deductive reasoning approach were adopted. A questionnaire was developed and distributed manually, 106 responses were received.
