Purpose: this research attempts to investigate the perception of Cimenterie Nationale’s S.A.L employees about four different categories of training attributes (quality of training, benefits, personal commitment and level of satisfaction) and to examine the existence of potential variation of perception with respect to demographic variables, such as age, education level and years of work experience of the different respondents.
