The following paper was written to reflect a research done in the Lebanese Top Industry
Workplace. The Aim was to determine the Effective Leadership Behavior in the Contemporary Lebanese Organizations by studying the Leaders' style, the Employees' desirability for motivational factors, and the interplay between the Leader's Behavior and Follower's response.
