dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to show the importance of building a sales team in the business, and how crucial it is to maintain a solid commercial strategy, accurately tailored and professionally supervised, driving the company to success. This study summarizes the results of Radisson beauty s.a.r.l starting with its formation, and the different processes that the company took to create a well-organized and successful sales team. Throughout this process, each member of the sales team was required to submit a questionnaire and was deeply interviewed to assess his progress, the collected information served as primary data for this research. The primary data was used to analyze what positively and and negatively impacted the team's performance and what can be done to improve it. This research will also emphasis on the importance of intelligent sales teams, and how they can dramatically improve the firms sales and performance. | en_US |
