    The objective of this study is to determine bank employees' preferences for intrinsic and extrinsic job factors in their present job' or when choosing a new job. Theoretical information on the role of motivation was obtained from published books and articles. Then a study was done on Lebanon taking a sample of 100 employees from various banks.
