    Purpose –The purpose of this thesis is to assess employees’ engagement in the nursing and administrative departments at Albert Haykel Hospital. Design/methodology/approach –Deductive in nature, this thesis uses a questionnaire survey to examine the extent to which the elements of engagement vary with demographic variables of the respondents as well as the existence of a significant linear relationship between them.
