dc.description Designed and introduced in 2014 by Eugene Sensenig, ‘Ethics and Leadership’ is a general education course at NDU focusing on the moral dilemmas faced by students in their respective majors. It highlights the leadership models propagated by Lawrence Kohlberg, James Rest, Dag Hammerskjöld, Philip Zimbardo, Linda Hill, and Kirk Hanson. Students are encouraged to use ethical theories to analyses practical challenges they will face in their future careers.
