Abstract:
Many IT solutions providers' have discovered nowadays the importance of having an ideal project implementation methodology to attain successful on time and on budget project as an aid to achieve corporate development and growth. This research project describes a new Islamic banking software implementation methodology which can be flexible enough to cope with the various Islamic banks structures to meet efficiently the set GO LIVE date i. e. the project closure date. Finally, through evaluation of the types of Methodologies, the research project will conclude which type is the ideal one and if this type truly exists and will be defining the gap and proposing the optimum solution to enclose it.
